When repotting this time around on the 29th March 2017 I screwed the board and also used galvanised nails to organise the root spread:

Today I reported this as the bus have started to move. I cut the roots from last years airlayer, cut the stub back, got rid of most of the sphagnum moss and screwed in a board to encourage flat roots.
